If you had to read one book in your entire lifetime, it should be this and this book only. It is highly practical and effective and you can very easily implement most, if not all, the strategies outlined in the book. The ideas given by the book are deceptively simple, yet profound. Anyone looking to dramatically improve his/her life should not miss this book. I have been following James Clear’s newsletters way before this book was published and it’s safe to say he practices what he preaches in the book. The quality of the paper and print is very good too. This deserves 5 stars in every aspect.
