Refund & Exchange Policy - Bindass Books
At Bindass Books, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and hassle-free return and exchange process for our customers. Our policy is as follows:
Timeframe for Returns & Exchanges:
We offer 7 days hassle-free returns and exchanges from the date of delivery. You also have an additional 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us.
Reverse Pick-Up Services:
We offer reverse pick-up services for your convenience. A reverse shipment fee of โน100 will be deducted at the time of refund per order, regardless of the number of items within that order. This means only a single deduction of โน100 will be made for the entire order, even if it contains multiple items.
- Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment, you will be responsible for sending the shipment back to our address.
- Reverse Pick-Up is subject to availability of service in your area pin code.
For COD Orders:
Store credit will be provided within 1-2 working days from the day of return pickup and sent to your registered email address/contact number.
Return Requirements:
- The product(s) must be returned in the same condition as shipped.
- If the products are returned in poor condition or have been used, a refund will not be provided.
- Products should be in original packaging with no missing contents. Returned products missing contents may be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
Shipping Details:
- Return shipping is at the buyer's expense, with a flat โน100 charge to be borne by the customer.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- Please include a tracking number or delivery confirmation for secure returns, especially for international shipments.
Refund Processing:
- Refunds may take 7 to 10 working days after the returned goods are delivered to our warehouse.
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed directly to your bank account.
- COD Orders: A store credit equivalent to the amount paid will be provided, which can be used for future purchases.
- Note: Refunds or bank transfers are applicable only for prepaid orders. COD payments will receive store credit.
Exceptions:
- No refunds for items like bookmarks, highlighters, or any other book-related accessories; only replacements will be provided for defective items.
- Items purchased during "SALE or OFFERS" such as Festival Sales or Mystery Boxes are not eligible for returns.
Cancellations:
Cancellations are only possible before the order is dispatched from our warehouse.
Self-Shipping for Returns:
If reverse pick-up is unavailable in your area, you may ship the product to the following address:

Please ensure that items are securely packed to prevent any damage during transit, and mention your Order ID and registered mobile number on the packaging.
- Upon receiving the product, we will refund the full amount + โน100 (in lieu of courier charges) for prepaid orders, or issue store credit for COD orders.
Important Note on Couriers:
We request that you do not use The Professional Couriers for returns, as they are not reliable, and the package may not be accepted at our warehouse. For affordable and reliable service, we recommend using Speed Post.
Terms and Conditions:
- Any errors in bank account details provided by the customer are the customer's responsibility.
- If you receive an SMS or email notification of delivery and havenโt received the order, please contact us within 24 hours.
- To maintain product quality, customers must return items with all instructions, documents, and packaging intact.
