Have you ever asked, helping other is also part of your success, not only the hard work, fate, and smart work decides the success of people. To prove this writer tell us- there are three type of people in our society:
1. Taker: These people always try to take as much as they can get from other, not even pondering about others need. They always want profit even at a cost of other losses. They work on the principle of- Only me
2. Matcher: These peopel will help others if somebody already helped them in past, they try to match everything like what they are getting, from where they are getting, who hepled me then only i will help them. They work on the principle of - tit for tat.
3. Giver: These people try to help other, give their's time to needy, even when they don't need them, even when other never helped them in past. They try as much as they can give to other people, which drives them to a higher position, huge respect and this ultimatel leads to optimistic society, where everyone is trying to help other. They work on the principle of- altruism.

You'll find in this book, how to become a great giver without getting burned out or hampering your own progress and be successful.
According to the author, their are three types of personalities-
1) Giver - who selflessly helps others without expecting anything for others.
2) Takers - who are in win loss situation. They think only for themselves.
3) Matchers- are equaliser, you help me, I help you.
